1. What are the payment installment options online?

Afterpay and Klarna installment options are available.

2. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

No refunds and no exchanges, all sales are final, and all units are non-refundable. However, we will accept returns if there is a mistake on our behalf only and in that event the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused and unworn with its original packaging.

Her Raw Hair Collection is not responsible for improperly fitted wigs, please read each wig description thoroughly and size yourself accordingly before purchasing.

3. Shipping and Deliveries

Her Raw Hair Collection is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they leave our possession. We do all that we can to get your items to you in one piece and bring to terms with most issues that may occur during shipping. In the event of lost and damaged items we are not solely responsible, if you have any issues or concerns regarding lost and/or damaged items please feel free to reach out to the shipping carrier.

4. I ordered online, and I want to cancel. Can I do that?

We are sorry, once an order has been submitted, it may not be cancelled or refunded. Please review your order details carefully before placing an order.

5. What is the difference between HD Lace and Transparent Lace?

HD lace (High-Definition Lace) is the thinnest lace out on the market. With its extremely thin material it makes it easier for the most undetectable application with minimum customization needed. HD Lace is universal with all skin tones but with it being super thin, HD lace can rip easily if not handled with proper care and tension.

Our Transparent Lace is great quality Swiss lace that is light brown/tan in color. Transparent lace is not as thin as HD lace and will require more make up or lace tint to match your skin tone. But it's very durable and with the right products can also be just as undetectable for a perfect installation.

6. How long will my Her Raw Hair Collection Unit Last?

Her Raw Hair Collection units are guaranteed to last many years with the proper hair care.
